  I was a client. Wolfhart is my unofficial last name. Thompson is my legal last name. I said my dog is hip dysplasic. I DID NOT say thats what the tests were for specificaly. The test was for an oral punch biopsy which i was specifically told would show up an immune disorder. I was told i would recieve an email and phone call. I never recieved either until a verbal argument a long time later with a receptionist. Then i recieved an email with pathology results without bothering to translate them to me. A previous time i asked for specific blood test for immune disorder diagnosis. I was quoted for that and said to pursue that specific blood test. Instead the vet did a standard blood test. Another waste of money. The day my dog had punch biopsy i also asked for xrays for athritis and update of hips and to check inner ears for concerns. When i went in consult room i was rushed very quickly to get out the room. No discussion of ears. Xrays in background. No discussion of them. Dont even know if they were my dogs. I paid a fortune for this and you wouldn't even bring my dog in the room to discuss results. OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES instead of bullying innocent owners!

  When my dog Evie hurt her leg and was in pain and limping I took her to the local vets I'd been seeing for some time, but wasn't happy with the advice or the very casual attitude of the attending vet. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Erina Heights Vet Hospital, and I am so glad I did. Mel accurately diagnosed the condition as a luxating patella, and took the time to explain everything very clearly to me. I decided to go ahead with her recommendation of surgery, and was able to get the operation done the next day, even though they had to squeeze it in to an already full schedule.

  Erina Heights Vets are definitely not my local vet, I drive 35 minutes to get there but I wouldn't go anywhere else!

  My hip dysplasic dog and myself were treated with complete disrepect on several occasions. My dog had several medical tests. I was lied to which led to my dog going through unnecessary expensive tests. Had to fight to get results of unnecessary tests. The only vet clinic i have come across that refuses to bring my dog out untill i have paid. The vet constantly contradicts himself. Expects you to believe every word he says without showing test results. This vet clinic has taught me to never ever take my dog to a vet again.

  The post surgery care has been equally great, and Evie has made a terrific and full recovery. I won't ever go anywhere else now, and I'm so happy I didn't settle on what I now know to be very inferior care at my previous vets. I highly recommend Erina Heights Vet Hospital to everyone that wants the animals they love so much to have only the very best of care.

  The level of care shown by everyone at Erina Heights was absolutely fantastic, and Mel impressed me so much with her thoroughness, but also because she was gentle with Evie and genuinely seemed to care and make sure I was fully informed all the way. I got a phone call post surgery to give me an update, and was even sent a photo to show how well Evie was doing. It was such a wonderful surprise which took a lot of worry out of the process and gave me confidence that everything was going smoothly.

  I'm a first time fur mummy and I've brought my rescue pup here for all her check ups and vaccinations so far. All the staff are so lovely and answer all my silly questions with empathy and understanding.
