  Russel is extremely professional and runs a great clinic. After having delayed major surgery on my achillies tendon we established my goals that I wanted to achieve by 6 months and we met and well exceeded those goals. Really made the rehabilitation process stress free, highly recommend him.

  These guys are really good. Very thorough on the first visit to diagnose where the issue is. I have had achillies issues and am a runner. They have fixed me both times and I have been able to continue running.

  I broke my ankle and went to central coast foot & ankle physiotherapy after having excellent treatment for other conditions. Russell’s support and guidance during this time was what helped me cope with being inactive and in pain once more. It was a complicated recovery and quite frustrating but Russell's knowledge in this area was invaluable. He was as committed to me getting better as I was and more than I was at times. His positive attitude and encouragement was crucial. Russell again didn't just look at my ankle but also the whole picture. This required further work on my back, pelvis and posture to ensure everything supported my recovery and return to running. I'm very pleased to say we got there and would recommend Russell and his team without hesitation. I truly believe I wouldn't have achieved the results I did with another physiotherapist. You don't have to be someone who wants to run or have the same goals as me, you just have to be someone who wants to be able to be pain free and completely recover from their injury.
